How NOT to deliver an elevator pitch

If you’ve seen an episode from Million Dollar Listing on the Bravo Channel, then you’ll know exactly what I’m referring to.

Yes, Chad, the boy-child real estate agent with a really bad Beatles haircut.

If you want to know exactly how you should NOT deliver a quick elevator pitch when you’re networking, then just listen to how this guy talks. It’s scary. Of course, it’s scary enough when a monotone, non-personality speaks of finding his zen place.

Only in Los Angeles can a person have no personality and talk like he’s reading from cue cards as he pitches a prospect…and still walk away with a deal!

Of course, it helps if you have cameras follow you around.
